Attendance can be marked using three status options (Present, Absent, Late) with optional notes per student. The system triggers real-time push notifications to parents of absent students within 60 seconds of the teacher submitting attendance — a configurable threshold allows schools to delay absentee notifications until 15 minutes after class start, reducing false alerts from students who arrive slightly late. Attendance data aggregates to per-student weekly, monthly, and term views, with automatic flag generation when a student's attendance rate falls below the school's configured minimum threshold (typically 90%).

    The homework and assignment management module uses a structured submission workflow: teachers create assignments with due dates, attached rubrics, and optional file attachments; students submit completed work as file uploads through the mobile app; teachers mark submissions as Received, Reviewed, or Returned with comments and a grade or score. The timeline view shows a student's complete assignment history with submission status and teacher feedback accessible from both the student and parent portals. Automated reminders are sent to students with pending submissions 24 hours and 2 hours before the due date — and to parents of students who have not submitted after the due date.

    Fee management handles multiple fee structures: per-term flat fees, monthly activity fees, event-specific one-off charges, and optional add-on fees (lunch programme, bus service, enrichment activities). Fee invoices are generated automatically based on the student's enrolled fee structure and sent to parents via the platform. Online payment is processed via Stripe with support for bank transfer, credit/debit card, and UPI (for Indian market deployments). Payment receipts are stored on the platform and accessible to parents from the fee history screen. Outstanding fee reports show every student with an overdue balance, the overdue amount, and the last payment date — enabling the finance team to prioritise follow-up without manual reconciliation.
